A Senior Year Dedicated to Emotional and Mental Health

I have survived the first few weeks of my senior year! I have slept a reasonable amount each night and I have meditated every day. I have managed to sustain a relatively clear mind. As reflect upon what is to come, I hope this lifestyle and mindset are sustainable.  I doubt if my routine of sleep and meditation will be continuing.

But doubt doesn’t have to be a roadblock; doubt can be a challenge.

This is why I am dedicating my senior year to emotional and mental health. I can make choices to promote healthy emotions and mentalities. I will be posting tips and lessons from dedicating this year to emotional and mental health. Join me—balance is possible.
